Problems are openly mentioned face-to-face, work load balancing is working normally quite good (of course depending who has which knowledge and who is available to help).

Beside high expectations concerning the availability and towards extra hours due to the work in customer dependent projects, there is always the possibility for home office and also short term vacation announcement are not a problem (of course depending on the project status).
Interessante Aufgaben
Since the tasks are quite depending on the customer, there is not that much room to pick interesting or not interesting tasks, but how those tasks are being solved, can be choosen.
