get rid of this double standards in the company, speak up openly and in an authentic way and start to seriously reconsider the corporate organization, come to a solution how to really motivate people with an attractive incentive scheme having a good charismatic and honest leadership as line managers that you can actually look up to

weird atmosphere especially in an open office where people walk by observing you, generally a lot of pressure to deliver not only the team but also from management side

unauthentic communication focusing on „high corporate targets and collaboration and especially valuing employees“… but in fact just pushing employees beyond their limits without paying attention to their health and balanced work, highly impersonal communication and way of thinking, treating employees more like machines than actual humanbeings
Kollegenzusammenhalt
just usual „pseudo“-team spirit, in fact it‘s just competing within the team - who delivers the best and who‘s getting the most attention from management is playing a major part. A lot of talking behind one‘s back .. additionally not respecting people thinking differently, having new ideas or proposals to reconsider/change a process is not allowed, very intolerant
Work-Life-Balance
depends, working in some departments might be nicer than in others, if you‘re lucky you‘re lucky, however generally considering the workload and salary paid in negotiated all in contracts - it is very unbalanced. Team/management doesnt pay attention on private life, only work matters

not given at all, be aware of not being on the same level or not being treated the same way in comparison to colleagues with a higher position, if you start new get used to not feeling welcome, which lets you feel very uncomfortable. A lot of personal relationships that influence work and the possibility to get promoted or a payrise.

Open office with the feeling of being observed 24/7 get used to work 10h+ a day, apart from that office/furniture is actually nice, very modern
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
„Handels-KV“ for pharmaceutical company is very uncommon, compared to other companies in this industry (as far as I know). Generally very unusual and way too less paid considering all in contract with so much overtime, workload and responsibilities
