This company is heading towards making an internationally renowned name for itself. Maybe some more awareness to foreign (non-german) employees would do good in the future! (ex: default languages for programs / applications on company hardware -> english!)

Great atmosphere for coding.

Work-related communication was great. Non-work related communication was kinda difficult due to cultural differences, maybe? Nevertheless, everyone was friendly.

To be honest, I haven't had a lot of interaction with my colleagues outside of work, but when it came to work-related stuff, they always helped!

The work-schedule was very flexible and made time for extra-work activities.

Not everything was "interesting" but everything was challenging!

The company is young, I don't think there are a lot of people 45+.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Everything is put at your disposal at the office (food, drinks etc) and I can't complain about anything on this matter.

Nothing to complain here.

I haven't really talked to anyone about career advancements in the company, and they didn't mention anything about this.
