Arbeitsatmosphäre
Generally, the working atmosphere is very nice, the people are very open and communicative, we can organize team events (work-related / entertainment / sports) by ourselves, which are sponsored by the company.
Kommunikation
Information about the status of the different projects, feedback from the customer are dicussed on a weekly basis.
Generally, there are many comunication channels used in Catalysts. Yet, if it happens to miss something, there are the team colleagues who also spread the word.
On the other hand, it is always possible to ask.

The best at Catalysts are the people: they are highly motivated and very supportive, they are willing to get you on their level of knowledge, to get you to work independently and to become a knowledge hub yourself.
Work-Life-Balance
The working hours are normal, and they also can be arranged flexibly. Taking holiday is also unproblematic.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The attitude of the bosses and superiors is very straightforward and transparent. If questions arise, they are immediately answered and we are encouraged to speak up in case we are facing any kind of problems, or if we have ideas or suggestions for improvement.
Interessante Aufgaben
So far, I have been working in only one (huge) project and got accordingly, very interesting tasks to solve, starting from backend to the frontend. The task sharing is very straightforward, we have a prioritized list and the first come first serve principle is used for task distribution. This way, everyone gets to know all kind of tasks. On the other hand, it is also possible to specialize in some technology/area, by explicitly grabbing the tasks, which address that domain. For this, we only have to communicate our intention.

Arbeitsbedingungen
My computer and all other devices are very good. We also have nice small office spaces with air conditioning.

I would recommend working at Catalysts, because of the great working atmosphere,the very flat hierarchy, and the great possibilities to grow, to enhance both the technical and soft skills.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It is possible and encouraged to become an expert in a given/chosen area. For this, there are on the one hand many books available, and on the other hand, it is also possible to create small groups for learning and discussing the issues from that domain.
