Please stop doing DiSC assessments. To sum up it´s scientifically not up to date, not reflecting the individualism of people and have shortcomings in its results by being much to simplified. Please take a look:

The people are outgoing and very helpful.

Kommunikation

Collaboration is a key value within the company culture. The communication happens via Slack. Feedback is raised up directly in a respectful way, while topics are frequently discussed through memes

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The doors are always open and even the leadership team ask how are you doing during the onboarding.

Work-Life-Balance

Parental leaving is common. People are gathering also together after business to play games and have a laugh. Of course agency work can also be stressful, but it´s up to you how you handle it. Trainings to tackle that are provided.

Leaders are taking care and invest time in you. Beside your line manager, there is an engagement lead to all client related questions and an advocate who helps you out with your personal development.

Interessante Aufgaben

Agile is in the center of the mindset. Things out there are moving fast and it´s a great opportunity to tackle problems and celebrate new solutions within the team.

Gleichberechtigung

Can´t say much about that here since I´m a privileged person in perspective of diversity. The leadership is engaging in fostering women in leadership positions and the basic principle is, that nobody speaks a native language if someone doesn´t understand it.
