As all other companies, Mondi has it's own charme. You are free to act as you see fit as Mondi does not have its structures and processes defined to a level where devation thereof is impossible. People are listened to and initiatives to improve the culture are dealt with priority.
Kommunikation
Could be improved. C-suite is almost invisible.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
One downside of flexible processes and structures is that you have to be in constant alignment with the team to treat all employees equally. Luckily my team is great and the alignment works well.
Work-Life-Balance
Very volatile, sometimes too many projects at the same time. Project work predominates the daily business and you have to juggle with priorities and deadlines. During high season you sometimes do not manage even if you bend over backwards to make it happen. HomeOffice is never an issue

Looking solely at the monetary aspect, other companies pay more. Looking at how Mondi treats its people, hardly any other company can catch up. -> Mondia does not need to compensate its employees for bad treatment
