I was happy that the team saw my potential and did it best to onboard me. They put a lot of effort into helping me acquire a work permit after my studies at university, which is a rather challenging process . For me, as a junior specialist, who had just recently completed her studies and an internship, it was very important to step my foot somewhere where my skills, ambitions and potential are truly cherished and further nourished. I am glad that my first career milestone started at refurbed.

I love how we back up each other and manage to be not only colleagues but friends as well. It is a rare thing when you are ready to spend your free time with colleagues out of working hours doing some awesome activities together :)

Being a creative person, it was really important for me to see that the management is open for new ideas, even if they come from junior specialists. I was given an opportunity to present my ideas and then further implement them at work.

I am so happy that our company has a vertical type of communication. No hierarchy, you can literally discuss your day with the directors over a coffee at the canteen.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
From day one I was given a clear picture on what my career growth prospects are. Being a lover of planning my life ahead (which sometimes gives me a headache :D ) I was happy I knew where and how I could grow.
