The flexibility here is remarkable. The ability to choose between working from home or at the office promotes a healthy work-life balance. I also appreciate the diversity within our teams, which brings an interesting dynamic to our collaborations. Moreover, the benefits, including coverage for the costs of health insurance, transportation- and wellness allowance, etc. demonstrate the company's dedication to it's employees.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Ascent is not very well known in Switzerland, which may be a deterrent for potential employees. However, from my personal experience, Ascent is an amazing place to work, that offers many benefits and a supportive environment.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
One area where Ascent could improve is in automating tasks. There are some repetitive tasks that could be made easier with more automation. Also, the number of meetings could be reduced. Currently, there are quite a few meetings which, while beneficial, can sometimes feel excessive. I personally would prefer more email correspondence.
