Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I think it is really rare, when the company accept your personality and doesn't consider you just like a number. We are happy to make our project together, i am sure everybody here have all possibilities to be productive and the management is reliable and experienced enough, to care we all work in the right direction.

It's difficult to make any judgements, but what i can say for sure, that te employer is fair and always keep a word.

I can see how Bottle Message grows last 4 years and i do not think i know how to make it better.

Any employee can talk directly to the company owner or president, almost amytime

For better cooperation the teams are divided for the smaller team, but, for example, at teh lunch time - all employees eat together, talk and exchange the experience, oftently sharing the lunch with a management.
Work-Life-Balance
There is a standart working week, no overtimes and on weekends jobs, so to find a balance shouldn't be a problem
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I would say that the management work closer with employees, that it usually happens at the companies, so it is a big plus, as everybody has a possibility to make own impact.
Interessante Aufgaben
As i work for Bottle Message already m,ore than 4 years, i can surely say that there was tons of interesting tasks and i learned how to make a lot of new things than i've never done before.

The office has a very central location, big space and the company provides all needed technical equipment to make the job done. Moreover, everyday you can eat right in the office free of charge, drink tea, caffee and other drinks anytime you wish.

I've double checked the market salaries and can say, that Bottle Message pays me more, than usually get similiar employees with my experience.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
I came from Ukraine more than one year and now i live and work in Zurich city center, have a safe residence permit and everyday learn something new. This is exceptional employer, that opened for me the huge carreer opportunities and invested a lot of efforts in my relocation. Honestly, the obtaining of Swiss residence permit for Ukrainian is extremaly hard, it was a very long way, but at the end everything happened like it was planned - hard to believe that somebody is ready to face so many difficulties to offer you a better life in the best country in the world, but now i can see facts - in short way i am very happy and gratefull to be a part of this company.
