Not being pro active at all. Very old-school. Prioritises the wrong things. Ignores the actual reason why most employees aren't happy. Invests money in everything BUT the important things such as employees. Knowing how many hours most employees do in a day, and only scheduling the dolderbahn from past 6am to not even midnight. Knowing that some shifts start at 6am and some end past midnight.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Replace the Managment, not the normal employees. Raise the salaries. Use the time invested into useless meetings, to actually get the work done that employees do an unspeakable amount of plus time for. Stop marketing a working environment you don't actually have. FAIRNESS. Better Dolderbahn hours.

Dear former employee
I must emphasize that we value feedback from our employees, as this is the only way we can continuously improve our workflows. It is therefore all the more regrettable that you didn’t share your feedback with us while you worked here.

The time schedule of the Dolder Bahn is completely out of our hands. The train is operated by VBZ (Verkehrsbetriebe Zürich), a company unrelated to the Dolder Hotel AG. We have requested the implementation of an earlier departure time several times, unfortunately we have been unsuccessful so far.

We regret that you had the impression that employees are not important to us but we strongly disagree with this statement. Our employee satisfaction survey, which we conduct 3 times a year, staff parties twice a year and paid staff training, inhouse and externally, prove otherwise. We achieve very high satisfaction ratings in these areas.

Obviously, we want to keep learning and improving, which is why we would like to thank you for your feedback. If you feel that there is a possibility to get in touch personally, we would be happy to hear from you.
