friendly and good work atmosphere. Great team members with interesting projects and good customers make this a nice place to work. The offices with open desk policy are not getting very crowded, due to fair hybrid work policy, but still at times it can be a bit tough to focus on your work with many people talking in one big room at the same time...

always direct and honest communication, not only within the team, but also with regards to the customer!
Work-Life-Balance
I think their hybrid work policy is fair and the balance between in person meetings at the office, or on site at the customer location, and MS Teams meeting in the home office make a good mix.

joined during a difficult, turbulent time of restructuring the project and project team. Felt like the manager was always honest and communicated the next steps well, even when it was a difficult and uncertain time for some of my colleagues.

can't really comment on the company level. I sometimes fear that colleagues in off-/near-shore centers are not treated equally. But in our team everyone feels like they are treated equally and can contribute to the success of the project.

haven't heard the company name before I applied here... But overall I like their values and hope we can grow the business and make ELCA more known on the Swiss market (even for smaller companies).
