It is really inappropriate to ask internal employees to write good feedbacks to try to improve your image! You have a problem face it instead of trying to sneak around it

your firm is collapsing, you need to do something - you see the turnover and you see how people are unsatisfied, you need to face reality and starting solving your problems, other IT firms have really developed themselves and became empires - this old school mindset can't really keep you long on the market anymore

not really, the customers they have match with the type of firm - a small sized firm with average quality employees so their projects are the same - also many projects are rather for really small clients in villages, so rather a setback

Thanks for your feedback. We are really sorry to read that you were not satisfied with ERNI as an Employer.
To be honest, regarding projects, this is variable and depends on the current situation, on what area/direction you have shown interest in and what you are able to offer to the projects.
Education is one of our key assets, we support talent development and further education with financial support and time: more than 10 days per year can be used by each single employee. In addition, we established LinkedIN Learning last May 2021, mapped with our technical learning paths, in order to allow/offer all our employees an independent learning channel.
Regarding salary, we are using the ICT Benchmark as an orientation for our salaries. In addition we would also like to note that we are doing very well in terms of equal pay.
Another very important characteristic of ERNI is equality, we take special care to invest in our culture.
