Inspiring and stimulating environment

I worked for GSCF for a few years. It was a very interesting and demanding job within an inspiring and very stimulating environment (always new initiatives from management, knowledgeable colleagues, intellectually stimulating projects).
Throughout this intensive work experience, I learned to go out of my comfort zone, to remain professional under all circumstances (how to well communicate & in a constructive manner at all times) to constantly think ahead as well as to be ready to process at any time new or adjusted requirements. The outcome resulting from this challenging working environment was extremely satisfying. I could grow as a professional and as a person.
With hindsight I would say that GSCF is not an environment fitting everybody. Mainly the resilient and determined people with an interest in learning and improving their skills can happily and satisfyingly develop in such an inspiring and demanding work place. GSCF’s founder is a true visionary and hard worker with a holistic approach in developing his business, always doing what is right and not necessary what is popular (in other words a true visionary leader!). I wish GSCF to continue its prosperous expansion.
