We very much regret to read that your work experience at MSD did not meet your expectations. In fact, appreciation of our employees and mutual respect are among our top priorities, which we reflect in numerous initiatives and measures.

You challenge in particular the communication within MSD. However, this is not in line with the MSD's corporate culture.
