Considering that the company has been recently restructured, there are still things that haven't been figured out yet. However, the employees are aware of this and make active efforts to improve the organization.

Dynamic and pleasant atmosphere. All colleagues I've met thus far were friendly, open-minded, and easy to work with, even when they were very busy. Despite having an entry-level position, everyone (including department heads) is willing to discuss ideas and is open to suggestions from younger staff.
Kommunikation
Apparently, communication is something the company struggled with in the past. However, efforts have been made to restructure and improve internal as well as external communication. Management has been open to suggestions and takes active steps to implement those.

Everyone I've met thus far is friendly and willing to help (even when they are very busy).
Work-Life-Balance
Very healthy. Working hours are reasonable, and, from my experience, colleagues care about one's well-being. The office in Zurich also organizes regular sports sessions for its staff.

My supervisors are caring and have given me many responsibilities from the beginning. From my experience, one can learn a lot within a very short time period. My supervisors trust me to do my work (no micro-managing) and are open to discuss any questions I might have.

The company's image seems to have suffered in the past. However, one is more likely to hear about the negative things while no one talks about all the good that has happened at the same time. I also assume that employees are more likely to leave a negative review and don't even consider evaluating the company when they are happy with their job. The company's employees are aware of the slightly damaged reputation and take criticism very seriously. Since I've started, there have been made efforts to improve and take active steps to avoid mistakes made in the past.
