After submitting my application and receiving a call-back, I was asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation - 5 minutes to introduce myself and 15 minutes to introduce my campaign. The campaign was to be for a fictional client wanting to advertise with Google AdWords. I was given a few specs on the client and a couple days to prepare my presentation.

The first interview round then took place with two individuals, one of which was to be my future boss, who listened to my presentation and then proceeded to ask me questions about my personal and professional background. The questions were not difficult or scary and did not throw me off. Both interviewees were extremely friendly and laid back in their attitude and made me feel very comfortable to just be myself.

The second interview round took place with upper Management, including the Founder Tom Hanan himself. Here the questions became a bit more tricky, but only due to their abstract nature. After talking about myself, I was given lots of insight on the company and position I was applying for and also offered some delicious snacks.

The third interview round took place only because I was found to be suitable candidate for an additional position I had not applied for. I was then asked to come back and speak with the Head of that department and given more insight on this position as well.

Once all the facts where on the table I was then offered the position for which I originally applied. The entire process was very fast and efficient, the atmosphere was familiar and relaxed. All in all it was a fantastic experience and only increased my desire to become a Webrepublican.
