Adversity does an excellent job in many things and if you fit in with your colleagues, they are very friendly. It's familial and agile. Adverity is sure to go up steeply
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Adverity is growing incredibly fast and that brings growth pain with it. There is still a lack of coordination here and there. Unfortunately, I also didn't fit in, which I found a shame. This quickly leads to exclusion, which has nothing to do with Adverity but with colleagues. But you never know that in advance.

Many processes should be taken seriously. The company is growing rapidly and is sure to shoot even higher, but that's when processes are important and the associated commitment
Arbeitsatmosphäre
All in all, it's a very friendly working atmosphere for colleagues. Unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky, but many others have fun and are very nice.
Kommunikation
One or the other could definitely be improved in terms of communication. But the tone is always very friendly and collegial. The start-up flair is simply retained.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I can't say much about cohesion among colleagues as I had very few direct colleagues. I was also very marginalized (unfortunately I don't know why. They were never mentioned to me and then when they were denied). Which was also one of the main reasons for leaving the company.
Work-Life-Balance
The work-life flow (I would describe it like this) is exactly right. Sometimes it gets stressful and sometimes it gets calmer.

I was lucky enough to have the best manager I have ever had. Always friendly and attentive. A rock in the wild business sea. Of course, you don't always hear the best from colleagues about their bosses, but mine was great
Interessante Aufgaben
My tasks were everywhere, from A to Z and I have never dared to take on other work that did not fit into my field of activity. That made it very interesting. The family atmosphere that everyone brings with them is great to see outside the box. I also learned a lot in my work.

Unfortunately, as with many companies, the salary issue is a thorn in the side. Adverity pays not badly, but not above average either. What is completely in order because a lot more fits. I think these days the focus should be on the work-life flow and not the best salary.

From my perspective, it is difficult to give information here for future employees. I got ahead and adverity gave me more than I ever thought I would get. Unfortunately, I heard from other departments that things are not always so rosy. But for the more than 2 years I am very happy from where I got in and where I got out. I learned so much and often jumped beyond my own limits. But it also requires the will, then it will definitely work.
