Arbeitsatmosphäre
Fairness, communication and trust are lacking in my experience and conflicts are not solved instead kept in secret. The office does not provide enough quiet working space.
Despite that the company provides all "goodies" as the rest of the industry including soft drinks, fruits, coffee etc..
Kommunikation
Communication between departments is not good and a constant blocker when working. Responsibilities are shifted and when something does not work someone gets the blame.
In townhall meetings C-level is providing news but shows only the bright side of the company and seems more like they are only clapping on each others shoulders. Honest feedback of employees is regarded as fake/trolling and not discussed, not once conflicts/bad behavior/mismanagement is addressed and discussed in an equal manner.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
A lot of nice colleagues but communication between departments can be tricky with not taking ownership/responsibility.
Work-Life-Balance
In contrast to the advertised flexible working hours, micro management and focus on time tracking are performed. 40 hours are the minimum and additional unpaid working hours (due to contract) are promoted by management.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Direct superiors in the same department are mostly nice and see you as colleagues. C-level puts a lot of pressure down, does not take ownership and blames departments for mismanagement.

Field of work is very interesting with a lot of nice technologies.

Standard equipment as the rest of the industry. Overcrowded open office with no quiet space

Less pay than the rest of the industry including unpaid overtime.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Not existent, usually instead of promotion external people are hired. With the low starting salary promotion also questionable.
