Generell guter Einsatz für die Leute; tolles Klima, gute Unterstützung bei Spieleabenden und Co.
Es wird mit zweierlei Maß gemessen. Gleiches Verhalten wird unterschiedlich bewertet, je nachdem wer es macht. Beispiel YouTube Videos während der Arbeitszeit schauen. Ich hab es während der Pause gemacht und wurde gerügt, obwohl andere es während der Arbeit gemacht haben. Fand ich seltsam.
Wenn jemand einen Fall von Mobbing aufdeckt, dann bitte auch der Person glauben, und nicht konsequent immer wieder dem Mobber Macht geben.

I found to start with the company was an interesting fun place to work, however, as time dragged on the company started to show it's real colours, sadly at the end of my employment of which I decided enough was enough, all I could think of during my workday was getting the hell out.
I was grateful for some of the more personal life care I received when I worked there due to some incidents, I was also grateful for the home office days I received, but sadly this was not done correctly and the lead at the time took it to themselves to explain that they can take this away when they wish.
I sadly have written a lot of bad things above, the company is still a babe and they have a lot of things that need to be changed and discovered. They have to structure and communicate in a much more formidable way and give the employees a sense of care and knowledge and correct leadership.
Improving the management of expectations of the employee, listening to the employee and acting in some manner.
The day to day working environment was stale, which after a period of time gave me a sense of not caring, this was one of the main reasons for leaving the company. However, at times there was a lot of fun to be had.
They have a couple of good IPs, it takes a specific taste to work with them, however, should it fit than the companies image might fit well.
The understanding of commuting and the specific job I held, organization of a better routine could have easily been created, without any cause for issues, the situation was explained when I was hired in regards to the commuting between us it would have been easy to find a solution better to the one which had been received after jumping through hoops.

Terrible salary for the experience that I have.
Think not all the time, but otherwise, there is quite an awareness, it would have been nice to be the trash, seems there was more awareness for this than the employee.
The team that I worked on, there was a distinctive hierarchy one of which seemed rather biased based on gender and friendship, when experience and knowledge should be taken into consideration at first points.
In general, however, outside of the team and a few inside there was always great talks and interests sharing.
The outside of the working environment lovely, inside of the working times, I felt that I had been lied to, given excuse after excuse, told constantly about upcoming projects that would increase my responsibility and so on.

Communication was clearly seen to be damaging in some cases, not always, as well as confused and not understood clearly. Communication was an easy way to annoy some of the employees. The PM micro-managed everything which was a cause for a lot of displacement, however, most said nothing.

The company has some interesting tasks indeed, they have a great selection of teams to work on, sadly however I was placed into a team which was not a good fit in any way shape or form.
