The atmosphere ist great, everybody is welcome, friendly and mostly open to help others with Problems
Kommunikation
Communication got difficult as the company grew a lot, but there is awareness of this and everybody is trying to better the situation. There are weekly get togethers to try to keep people informed about stuff Happening outside of their projects and cross-project knowledge sharing is very much appreciated.

Although the hours are very flexible Management seems to dislike people trying to reduce their hours from fulltime to 32/35.
On the other Side vacations have never been a Problem - even longer leaves are possible with enough preparation

The CEOs could be more present, but they always treat their employees their equal. The hierarchy is very flat in general

I never saw any discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, age or whatsoever.
There are not really any women in leading positions but that's probably based on the low number of women in the company.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Two nice offices in Linz from which you usually can choose to work in any or switch between them. Nice Monitors, some Standing desks, only Laptops so working from Home-Office or elsewhere is not an issue
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Don't really See any effort in that area. There is a little investment in Open source and waste is separates in the office but I wouldn't know of any efforts to Support organizations or donations to good causes.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is a system in place for earning conference visits via participation in events in your spare time.
Many books are available in the company and it is also expected that you read some of them - in your free time.
