eventhough they receive leadership training in order to professionalise the bunch of young adults, it felt like they ignored or forgot everything they learned within 5 minutes of stepping out. It feels like people get leadership roles without a single clue what they are doing and without any direction or realistic expectations of the job. I assume, because senior leadership has just as little experience outside the company's bubble as the majority of the rest of the staff.

gender, diversity and inclusion were not considered a topic to invest in despite several memebers of the staff trying to highlight its importance and relevance.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
there were none and i highliy doubt they would want older colleagues there, let alone be willing to pay an adequate salary for more experienced people
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
bean bags and club mate are not enough to be competitive, the salary was subpar and "negotiations" were non existant or at best offending

cloudflight does a fantastic job regarding their image, they really know how to create a brand
Karriere/Weiterbildung
i expected more willingness to invest in people and their career development. "look-at-me" attitude gets rewarded, which fits the image admittedly. everyone else gets nothing at best, offensive comments at worst.
