More parking space needed, also for the new building. Top level management needs to reconnect with the base. Stop the politics that are spread like wildfire.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

HR department need a major boost, they are overwhelmed. All they do is recruiting and employer branding. There are not even role description, no employee development..

Arbeitsatmosphäre

People respect each other. Generally there is a positive spirit.

Kommunikation

Communication has never been the strong side of this company. Due to the fast growth it's getting worse. People want to communicate more but there is no time due to too tight deadline and lots of pressure.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Declining. Pressure results in being less tolarent with other. New remote offices with a hand full of people spread other Austria is certainly not helping here.

Work-Life-Balance

Depends on what you do. Some colleagues work normal hours, other stay very long and have a hard time to not think about work issues.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The leadership team is inexperienced. There is no proper coaching in place for people who a promoted to team lead. You are promoted and nobody tells you what your new responsibilities and tasks are.
Many times decisions are made without asking those who are impacted.

Latest technologies, state of the art equipment,.. absolutely top marks.

I don't have hard facts about salary.. but generally female colleagues seem to be treated equally.

The few older colleagues are treated equally.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Equipment is state of the art, there are even adjustable tables so.people can switch between standing & sitting. Some offices are crowded. Some air-conditions are not working well. There are not enough meeting rooms available for so many people.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The company used to pay well above the market.. this is no longer the case. Contracts are all-in. When compared to non all-in contract the salary doesn't look that good anymore.

Well know internationally, APM marketleader for a few years now. If you they take it means you are good.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Its a joke. Online video learning portals.. that's it. No soft skills training, no leadership training.. if you want to learn something it's self study all the way.
