Arbeitsatmosphäre

I am with Dynatrace for over 5 years now and yes some things have changed, but the company keeps a high focus on the culture, the atmosphere, and the people. Everyone feeling welcome, supported, and respected still is a priority. An open, humble, and welcoming culture isn't forced, it's lived.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Within my team, we have such a great time. I really like the challenges and problems I'm working on and the people I'm working with. Everyone is supportive and we have lots of fun together. I highly appreciate the fact that my team changed into becoming more and more international and diverse.

Work-Life-Balance

As Dynatrace we grow very fast. So someone really needs the ability to prioritize tasks. This is covered properly imho. I like the flexibility a lot. Working from home, it needed leaving early or starting later, etc. This makes my life as Dad easier.

I really feel supported by my lead. Perfect mix of challenging me and being a mentor

Interessante Aufgaben

As mentioned since nearly day one I like the challenges and problems I'm solving. I really appreciate knowing that I'm surrounded by people also working towards the same goal within one huge Dynatrace.

Gleichberechtigung

Never felt discriminated, etc. Feels like everyone has the same possibilities to grow. From my point of view, Dynatrace also supports Internationals with relocation, etc. There could be a focus on hiring more female people into the dev teams

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Don't know what age is "older". I'm 40+ and double-checking the new hires I have the feeling it's still a good mix.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Beyond standard. In Linz we enjoy Barista service, Cantine, ergonomic everything, sports options, etc. There are videos on youtube, convince yourself. Now in the Hybrid/Covid situation, we were allowed to take screens, chairs, etc. home. There were discounts offered for proper home office equipment.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Never needed to ask for an increase, it was always communicated proactively. Received Stock package

Karriere/Weiterbildung

This is constantly improving. There are various learning platforms, trainings for (future) leadership, conference visits, I requested a specific training and it was approved without any troubles. There was a new career development model introduced with this month.
