Company culture is amazing, it’s like a big family. Feedback culture is also great, I have learned here every single day since I joined. Flexibility and trust are self-explanatory here, not all employers will offer that. And of course: teams! People are the best at ecx.io.

Workload could be a bit lower sometimes as it can get difficult to manage it within an ideal time frame - but the company is hiring and growing at full speed so I believe the support is on its way

The office has an amazing view to the city center in Vienna (still a work in progress due to the new location), colleagues are great, virtual meetings work well, too
