of course I'm proud to work for this company, but I know that this kind of company and this kind of work does not fit to everybody. I would recommend this company to people who feel well inside a challenging environment who are able to handle stress, to work very independently and who want to grow within the company. People who need clear structures and a ready guide book for each work step would not feel comfortable in this company.
