communicate more to the people, communicate faster that is really important for us. some more training for managers so they also communicate better. Teach people to say hello or good morning, it is really annoying when no one says that. organize more events for all people.

depends on the team, I like the atmosphere in my team, but I don't think that it's really bad anywhere

communication in general could be better/faster, but still I get to know what is relevant for me. Sometimes a bit late...

the work life balance is in general okay, sometimes a bit too much is put on the employees

I like my superior and how the work is spread within the team. Most of the time a fair person.

Lots of different things to see and learn. If you are up for a challenge its a good place to work
Arbeitsbedingungen
sometimes its too loud due to the open space, but you get used to it or use headphones from time to time. Other than that nothing to complain, I have a good laptop, my work space is nice and comfy.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
salary is not fully up to the market but you get paid on a regular basis. we get meal vouchers which is also nice to have.

most of the comments here are way overdone or not correct anymore because we would not be such a big company with so many people if it would be as bad as the page here says. Of course not everything is perfect, but you'll never find a perfect employer.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
if you want to get a training or workshop, mos of the time you have to search for it and ask the manager if you can do the training. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We don't have career plans, but we don't have that much hierarchy levels here.
