Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Your evaluation showed us that we are already doing well in some areas, but still need to work on others. We are happy you appreciate our working environment with flat hierarchies and easy ways of communication. Work hard, play hard - from your very first interview, you know what you're in for! We work hard to constantly exceed our goals, and then we celebrate those successes properly. Of course only you decide when and where you can be productive as f*ck, which is why members of our team appreciate the possibility to work from home - even in times without a pandemic.

Of course we appreciate the need to to ensure, we are offering more training and development opportunities to our employees. That’s why we are currently building the GoStudent RockIt Academy to offer all employees ways to further educate themselves or pick up new skills and learn more about the tools that we use every day.
