I am new, so I don't get paid as highly as I think my colleagues do, but its enough to live in my current situation - maybe not in future when i want a house/kids

We get workshops and courses if we ask or if its neccesary. I'm not sure if advancing to another position is possible here unless I wanted to persue management.
