The work atmosphere is so bad that even he guest have started noticing it. This is not good for any hotel.

Little to non existing.

This is the best part of this job. Everybody helps in there respective departments and nothing more.

What work life balance. Even the hotel management are always there to contol there teams. They think that the Hilton Hotel will not be around if they do not.

Like one of my work colleges commented. Management are all a bunch of soft eggs.
In German it sounds much better.

to much work to little staff. If that is "gerecht aufgetailt" then they are experts at this hotel.

Men and women do the same work for the same money. Here one must say that the top Management is very fair.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Älteren Kollegen kostet zu viel. Mann kann auch das gleiche arbeit mit Lehrlinge machen.

It's all just a mirrow. The top brass just do thinks to keep them in the media. i hope that the mirrow will be reversed soon.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
a bit more than what is allowed and don't expect to get a salary increase until that amount has been reached. I haven't had a salary increase in 4 years.
