I find the new retail management very high quality, please invest time and effort to groom the employees and keep them on long term. It is unaccapteable to constantly loose knowledge...Increase the salaries for key people to the level of the competition. You cannot be great with 2nd class talent, also a 2-3 year specialist is not equivalent to a 6-8 year expert. The office quality is poor, seriously think about getting something better, even at a price of moving out of the posh area.
Work-Life-Balance
Seriously, all those people who complain about the W-L-B at ING were clearly not working for other companies/banks in the region. Almost everybody does 38.5hours in employee level..

the salaries are poor compared to the competition- on the other hand the company is not making the profit either like the other big players at the moment
