Head of Digital Transformation (m/f)

You have wide experience in Digital Sales/Marketing and UX topics? Want to design and execute the digital vision for ING? We are looking for a Tribe Lead driving our digital transformation with fast, simple and customer friendly products and processes.

Your tasks and responsibilities
 
  • Responsibility for our data-driven Customer Interaction strategy with focus on personalization, customer satisfaction and maximum customer impact
  • Leading four Squads incl. development of the tribe and the employees’ skills with approx. 40 employees
  • Participation in international conferences and sharing of knowledge/experience with other retail units in other countries
  • Drive digital sales via paid channels (SEA, Social Media, Affiliates, Aggregators etc.)
  • Focus on SEO and get organic rankings into “Top 3” positions for mission critical keywords
  • Constant conversion improvements for all sales processes (A/B testing)
  • Design and implement a state-of-the-art UX on all customer touchpoints
  • In charge of execution of our digital strategy considering ING Group`s Digital Vision
Your skills
  • Business and/or technical master`s degree or equivalent education
  • Proven track record in realizing digital strategies e.g. for apps, websites or digital sales
  • Sound Leadership experience
  • Team player with strong analytical skills
  • High motivation and drive to co-create the future, the digital strategy and the commercial success
  • IT affinity with good knowledge and understanding of the development of digital sales, apps and websites
  • Excellent communication skills to convince your teams as well as the senior managemet
  • „Think bold" attitude following international benchmarks and trends in digital and FinTech environment
  • Excellent English; German is an advantage
