they promise you commission with unrealistic goals to keep your salary low.
as developer you get so many tasks to finish for your commission that for some devs it became normal to work very long.
one whole project management team left the company, and the 3 teams left are overloaded with work which brings no commision because the project got sold bad.
one of the colleages who left the company asked for a raise of 200€ gross and didnt got it.
after he got a new job and resigned they offered 1000€ more. loyalty doesnt count in the company
