Once you post a job position and it's not meant to be applied for by certain people based on human beings differentiating factors kindly do mention so and s is preferred. I applied for the position above knowing too well I qualify perfectly based on your job description, my education credentials and my experience but never heard from you. I reapplied when the job post was posted again got a notification that you have received my application but till to date no response. I doubted my qualification for the job and once a junior position to the same was posted I applied and got a regret email just a few days later which by the way am thankful that you could take a few seconds and respond even when the ground for the failed application wasn't given. Some instances do not need public relations or diplomacy expertise to understand but kindly be brave enough to put across that unwritten law or prejudice you use when hiring. It could save some of us from building castles in the air with your organization.
