Haven't witnessed much of teamwork. Decisions and conversations happen in silo, usually in 1:1 where if you're not in higher managing position you won't get the chance to be part of it.

I wasn't in stress and didn't have to work overtime.

Good relationship and communication with my manager, however no clear direction or encouragement from their side. If I had some ideas or feedback it was never acted upon.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review kununu as your ex-employer. We appreciate every feedback and we listen carefully – especially if the feedback is critical as it might help us to improve.
Communication and exchange on eye level are very important to us. Although we do need to have an organizational structure (hierarchy), we also want to encourage collaboration and exchange at all times, because good ideas come from everywhere and everyone. We will work harder in ensuring collaboration in all areas at kununu. Transparency and winning together are our leading principles and we will do our best to always live up to them.
I'm sorry to hear that you consider your tasks at kununu as not interesting enough.
I truly hope that you have found a workplace that fits better to your individual expectations.
