Process:
-sent an online application
-relatively quickly got invited to the interview which started with a performance and intelligence test. This test took twice as much time in comparison to what I was told in advance. The questions in the test were based around basic math, engineering and business knowledge which in my point of view did not bear any value for the applied position.
Interview:
-I was interviewed by two HR employees. The interview went extremely uncomfortable as I was frequently interrupted, only to be criticized for my incomplete answers.
-Over the course of the interview I found out that the online job description did not match the actual offer. Had I known these details in advance, I would not have applied for this job. Instead I had to waste my time on going for an interview to another city where as soon as I entered the room, was treated as an unfitting candidate.
-During the interview many inappropriate questions were asked e.g. about my private life.
Summary:
shockingly bad HR execution for such a big company name!
