Arbeitsatmosphäre

Two years after the transformation to an Agile Organization started the transformation showed its true face, those who are not inline with the way of the organizational transformation are terminated, workplaces shifted to India where leadership has gained absolute power to enforce its will resulting in an entire department being demoralized and escalating an already big struggle in servicing our colleagues at the various sites. Act Now - think later seems to be the new management style

Kommunikation

Top Politicians could learn something from our Leadership on how to speak without saying much. Platforms for anonymous experience exchange are only used when suitable/positive feedback is expected. As soon as there's a hot topic to be discussed everyone is encouraged to speak up before the entire crowd.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Still very strong, have to see how this will change now longtime colleagues have been terminated who where strongholdsof fostering cohesion of the team

Work-Life-Balance

Used to be good and largely up to oneself. Transformation led to many international meetings now jeopardizing worktime flexibility.

Older Colleagues just recently got terminated for being to expensive. Management told this to them directly during their outplacement talk. No need to say more.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Open Space Office, no Budget for Noise Management (Headsets, Noise reducing Elements). Everything looks kinda "makeshift". First Concepts where very fancy but not one single thing presented materialized. IT Equipment is on a Level of 4-5 years ago even in IT where modernization and innovation should be driven. Everythins very complicated. Never seen a Company whith such a restrictive Mobile Phone Policy. Having an iPhone is only restricted to Board and some protégés of them.

A lot of Greenwashing. Only enforced where it saves costs

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

For the Region its fair, if you are willing to travel towards Salzburg or Linz you're better off there

Still good public reputation. Picture is getting first cracks tho

Virtually nonexistent if you're no a protégé of someone higher up the foodchain.
