Thank you so much for your kind words and your great rating: happy that you enjoy working here. Couldn't agree more on our amazing team and the environment we create together.
Benefits-wise we are in the final stage of crafting an adapted - remote-friendly - package. It took us a while to get there, as we underestimated the duration of our full-remote setup, and only decided to return into a hybrid setup in fall. Hence, we now are crafting a package that sticks, even when COVID has passed.
