I think very individual but i personally enjoy coming to work every day. For reasons see below sections.

A lot of communication through emails, some in meetings, overall OK
Kollegenzusammenhalt
People working here are absolutely great and super friendly!!! Very international and on average quite young team. Easy to connect and make friends fast. Everybody including B-2/B-1 management is "per du".
Work-Life-Balance
Depends very strongly on the department. Usually there tend to be stress periods where you need to work sometimes even significant overhours, however in the calm phases you can go home whenever you are finished with the tasks. There is no such thing as staying long hours so that the boss sees you.
The times are however very flexible, so you can come and go as you wish (taking into consideration of course certain restrictions like meetings in calendar etc)

I think this is very individual, but my personal experience is extremely good.
Interessante Aufgaben
I see here the main reason to join company (after great colleagues). There are not many banks with similarly interesting and challenging tasks. Especially people who like to develop new things and like challenges will love working here. Definitely not for people who like routine jobs, since every day is different in this bank. Problem-solving, self-study and interest for the topic is often required to be good in the job.

Difficult to judge for me as a man, but never heard any complaint with this regards
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
As i wrote above the team is on average very young and there are not too many very long serving employees. However those which are here are valued same way as any other colleagues. In my personal opinion, recognition has more to do with knowledge and skills rather than with age or number of served years in the company.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very modern and good-looking offices, new PC or notebook depending on your choice, 2 wide screens per person, overall extremely good and appealing work environment
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is equal or better than what is offered by competitor banks

Some people are overloaded with tasks which result in their bad opinion of the bank. Also the company does not have state of the art IT systems (e.g. core banking sytem, central database), which make many processes more difficult and increase the need for data quality (checks). I think these are the most negative elements standing behind most unsatisfaction of some colleagues.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
CFA, FRM, ACCA and other certificates are very gladly supported (Sberbank paid for both of my 2 certificates). Unfortunately no in-house trainings due to the relatively small size of the headoffice, but external trainings/seminars are no problem. Language courses and soft skills seminars are also regularly offered.
