Lack of structure and sticking to the process and sometimes too many changes take place; high fluctuation

Townhall meetings or diagonal slice meetings would help to improve top down communication and the Board getting closer to their staff

Diversity is a big plus. Many different cultures and personalities share the space. Company language is English.

Kommunikation

Corporate communication is doing a great job, informing us about important company issues and events; what I miss a bit is the board presence and communication to all employees

There are really great teams in this house. I am also very lucky and grateful to count on my colleagues whenever needed.

Work-Life-Balance

Workload is sometimes really heavy, depending on staffing of the team and peaks the specific job brings with. But you can work independently and have flexible working times.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Also in this respect I am very lucky. :) Of course challenging, but he behaves always respectful, understanding and recognizes efforts.
However there are some B-1, who are really arrogant and believe that they are better than others.

Importance of environmental topics is growing; many social projects such as collecting goods and money for the needed or blood donations

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Payment is very good, but overtimes required. There are plenty of benefits. In my previous company there were almost no benefits, I would wish that other employees are more thankful and recognize what they get offered. E.g job ticket Wiener Linien, works Council organizing great events, cultural sponsoring, health care, coffee for free...

Could be better. I think this is sometimes based on cultural misunderstandings.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

If you like to work hard and give what you can BUT stay normal you can grow within the company. Trainings, conference attendance is possible.
