If there are any problems everyone is asked to talk to their manager and then dependent on the output directly talk mediated or unmediated with the colleague.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Each employee has a budget each year, which they can use freely for education. Additionally, we get the chance to take place in Webinars. Also, new technologies are more than welcome at ToolSense, and thus everyone is asked to learn when they have time.
