There was an screening call over the telephone that went well. I was then invited to an on-site cultura fit interview, where not much about technical skills was mentioned.

Some days after I received a negative, mentioning they had picked somebody else on the basis of technical skills. This is only a display of disregard for my time, as the decision could have been taken purely based on the CV, and not really wasting my time knowing there was a candidate that at least on paper looked better.
