It is time to reduce offices and focus on Home Office ( I guess in progress with new contracts) I would propose radical stance with 100% home office (instead of 60%) with 1 per month meetings in office.

Very nice people. One of the reasons that makes me stay there.

Whatever could be communicated is communicated. I understand why sometimes not everything can be disclosed.

Could be a better, but in overall ok. Company shows flexibility to compensate overtime and weekend work.
