Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Currently (August 2022) the Company is growing and changing. Structures, mindset, working methods, teams, internationalization, etc.. If you want to contribute to the creation/evolution of the company, here is the best place to start, because everything is changing in order to make the company fit for the current challenges (digitalization, globalization, etc.).
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
"Grow" implies changes and certain instability. In other words, if you are not open to the new challenges (e.g. digital world), then this company might no be good for you at this moment.
