Poor information flows. If you are in the buddy club you made it but don't dare to say opposing opinions. Particularly, the chauvinistic behavior by management and glass ceilings influence the atmosphere, it's a men's world. Careers are planned behind closed doors and bases on how well you get along with your manager, not based on meritocracy. HR partnering and support is literally non existing.
Poor to non existing conflict management, either micro management or careless conduct. At times experienced personal attacks and unethical comments and offenses during jour fix and PDI discussion. Unfair ratings and superficial judgement on behavioral aspects even when the job is done well but you don't fit in their picture or buddy network. Decision making top down and not always based on logic but on how you benefit their buddy system.
