I believe you can reach everything you want if you believe in it and give your best. The company has a big vision and they do everything to reach it, of course step by step. I also really appreciate it that I have a lot of freedom in my decisions and my designs. I can process with my work as I think it's the best for it, and in general you don't get a lot of tasks you can plan your time&tasks by yourself. Also it's on you how you design your work, if you prefer working on the sofa or on the desk, it's on you - everything what you need to be efficient and to fulfill your goals. I am really proud to work here.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Sometimes it's a little bit frustrating if you do everything to reach something really cool/intuitive but there are not enough resources to implement it. Sometimes it's a bit chaos to coordinate all this teams I believe. It will get better I am sure. But it needs patience.
