No response, not even an acknowledgement of receipt for 16 days after submission of application. Three emails sent to the same email address at Debiopharm allegedly never received. Telephone calls are received by a receptionist serving other companies in the same building, too! Almost impossible to get through to HR, which seems to hide somewhere or have a good time in Lausanne or on Lac Léman. HR has little knowledge of the tasks and responsibilities oultined in the job advert or of the IP department. They did not adhere to the time frame promised for the response after interview. ---> Improve and speed up communication and recruitment process. Wake up and train your HR personnel so they know what the job is about and are responsive. Forget your assessment centre.
