I am very sorry to read that the leadership and environment you experienced during your time at Deloitte were not satisfactory, and that you felt a lack of respect and trust. Ethical and compliant behaviour are integral to Deloitte and we take any violations extremely seriously. Everyone is empowered to raise issues anonymously without fear of reprisal through our Deloitte Speak Up line, where each case is thoroughly investigated. We also want leaders who are united through shared values and set the right example for desired behaviours. This is why we have, for example, an extensive learning and coaching curriculum in place to help our people managers grow and a 360° feedback process for Directors and Partners.

It is unfortunate that your experience was not more positive, however we appreciate your feedback as it will help us to continuously develop and improve ourselves as an employer.
