That they do not realize why people are leaving the company and they need to set up a new recruitment team like every half a year. They want to be professional, but this is unprofessional if you dont learn as a company and dont listen.

We are sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time here, and it's true that working at Experis Switzerland isn't for everyone. Our work environment is extremely fast-paced, and we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers in an industry that changes daily.
