Top down weak social skills and unfriendly behavior.
General Manager is very incompetent and talks about employees and private employee situation openly to all other employees. Gossiping all the time. Even one case was distribute that one employee would have done an action of crime. She does not care about sensitive communication.

Lowest communication flow I’ve ever seen. Colleagues leaving will not be communicated only after departure. News is distributed by Person to person.
