I think Gonnado is a very good employer especially for whoever wants to find new challenging and stimulating atmosphere. The management is flat, in the sense that the hierarchy is maintained to a minimum, which facilitates a 360 degrees exchange of ideas and information. Everyone is giving his own 100% to make the company grow and this is not common in larger and structured companies. Personally I found a great plus to be located in the center of the center of Bern, both for the public transportation and for the availability of any kind of services
